Small patch, especially it's like a major patch for Volt 1.2 application.

Volt 1.2 Has Been Applied & Some Animation Has Been Reworked​

Now Joint & Joint Native uses Volt 1.2 by default. This will let you animate your nodes with much simpler and easier way.

Especially, drag & drop interaction has been changed to provide much better editing experiences.

WYSIWYG Editor's Behavior Has Been Changed​

Now applying styling with default style will pop the decoration markup, instead of wrapping the texts with <default>...</> markup.

Slate Optimization​

We changed some visibility and tick related process of editor slates in the system to work with better performance. It's now 8 ~ 15% faster.
